Adrienne Thomas is Manager in the Creative Talent Development & Inclusion (CTDI) department at Disney General Entertainment Content (DGE). Her primary focus is in development and content strategy. Thomas utilizes a qualitative data analysis approach to identify gaps in the creative talent pipeline to television and collaborates with television platforms across DGE in scripted content development initiatives. She manages several professional talent development sessions and offerings (craft, career strategy, and branding) designed to propel writers, producers, directors, and production crew to their next level of access and opportunity. Prior to joining CTDI, Thomas worked in talent management in Los Angeles helping steer careers and create new opportunities for various creative talents across the industry. Her experience also extends to the casting industry working with top casting directors. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Thomas was the program manager for a cable broadcast channel based in Nashville, TN where she oversaw acquisitions of new programming and quality control of television production. Her diverse background in the entertainment industry helps give her a critical and unique voice in the industry. A native of Nashville, TN, Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University.
