The Creative Talent Development & Inclusion team (CTDI) connects creative talent with diverse stories to opportunities across Disney General Entertainment Content (DGE).
TALENT REQUESTS
Year-round, CTDI sources hundreds of writers, producers, directors and more for hiring opportunities across Disney General Entertainment Content (DGE). Creatives are sourced directly from agent/manager relationships, community partners, ongoing networking and engagement, targeted talent offerings and the many programs and initiatives CTDI oversees.
TALENT EVENTS
CTDI hosts intensives, workshops, career coaching, panels and more for entertainment professionals across all platforms, designed to advance talent at all levels to the next professional phase of their careers.
TALENT PROGRAMS & INITIATIVES
CTDI oversees multiple standing programs for creative talent, all of which are open to people who have diverse stories to share. These include the flagship DGE Writing Program, Directing Program and PA Program, as well as writing workshops in partnership with NHMC, CAPE, MPAC and LA Skins Fest. In addition, CTDI offers dozens of targeted initiatives for our platforms, professional organizations and targeted groups.
