Production Associates Program

  • Q Are associates guaranteed job placement after completing the program?

    A No. While we will provide access to potential job opportunities, it is up to the individual to secure his/her own position within the Company.

  • Q I’m still in college. Can I apply?

    A Yes, but college graduates with good academic records are preferred. Applicants must be able to work full-time during the year-long program.

  • Q Which academic majors are preferred?

    A We are open to hiring all majors as long as candidates have a strong career interest in the television industry. Relevant majors include: Film, Communications, English, Journalism, Legal Studies, History and Business.

  • Q I’m still in high school. Can I apply?

    A No, but upon graduation you might be interested in a Disney | ABC Television Group (DATG) internship.

  • Q If I don't live or work in the United States, can I apply?

    A Yes, however we do not sponsor individuals for United States work visas. You must be able to legally work in the United States.

  • Q Can I send a hard copy of my application for consideration?

    A No. We only accept electronic submissions. Please click here for program information.

  • Q If selected, what should I wear to the interview and what should I wear to the mixer?

    A It is appropriate to wear corporate business clothes to the interview, but business casual attire is acceptable for the mixer. Absolutely no jeans, shorts or flip-flops should be worn.

  • Q Is there a similar program on the East Coast?

    A No, not at this time.

  • Q Do you provide relocation reimbursement if a candidate needs to relocate to Burbank?

    A No. We are not able to cover relocation expenses.

  • Q Does the program bring in industry speakers?

    A Yes.
